Pudding is a traditional English dessert based on eggs, cereals, milk, cottage cheese, flour and fruit. There are many variations of this dish, differing in combinations of ingredients and cooking methods. Only its delicious taste remains unchanged.

The recipe for cooking at home

  1. Pour gelatin in a small bowl, pour clean water and leave for 10 minutes. Put the container in a water bath and heat, stirring, until the solids are completely dissolved. Remove the container from the water bath and let cool.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar or vanillin and put on low heat. Stirring, bring the mixture to complete dissolution of sugar and remove from heat. Pour a couple of tablespoons of sweetened cream onto the gelatin mixture, stir and transfer the resulting liquid to the rest of the cream, mix well until smooth.
  3. After complete cooling, pour the cream into glasses or creamers, send to the refrigerator for half an hour. Sort the cherries, rinse and seed, discard in a colander or sieve.
  4. Prepare cherry jelly according to the instructions on the package (pour 60 g of jelly about 300 ml of boiling water, stir until the residue is completely dissolved). Wait for the jelly liquid to cool completely.
  5. Remove the molds from the refrigerator, evenly coat the creamy layer with cherry and gently pour it with cherry jelly. Leave the panna cotta with cherries for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator to solidify the top layer.
  6. Remove the prepared molds from the refrigerator, decorate to your taste and serve. Bon Appetit!
