This recipe is similar to the previous one, its main difference is that one of the ingredients is chicken yolks. Thanks to this, this jelly is incredibly airy and tender.

  • yolks - four pieces
  • one bag of gelatin
  • vanillin - optional
  • regular glass of milk (you can replace with low-fat cream)
  • four tablespoons of sugar

Boil the milk first: when it starts to come up, immediately remove from the stove. While the product is cooling, use a fork to grind sugar with vanilla and yolks, then pour hot milk (or cream if you took them). Mix pre-soaked gelatin with the above ingredients until a dense, uniform consistency. Pour into molds and refrigerate. Before serving, the jelly can be decorated with chocolate chips or ready-made butter cream, which is sold in all supermarkets.

Stripik jelly from milk

This recipe is a real find for coffee lovers and sweet tooth. It is very easy to prepare and incredibly mouth-watering.

  • natural coffee - two spoons (teaspoons)
  • one and a half glasses of boiled non-hot water
  • 2/3 cup pasteurized milk
  • sugar - four teaspoons
  • 10 grams of gelatin

At the very beginning, make coffee, and then strain it thoroughly. Then put pasteurized milk on the fire: when the bubbles begin to appear, pour out the indicated amount of sugar and previously soaked gelatin. Stir constantly, bring mixture to readiness. After that add coffee, pour into molds and send to the refrigerator - this is the easiest way. If you want the dessert to look more beautiful and attractive, first freeze the milk jelly, and then pour a chilled invigorating drink on top of it. You will get a beautiful striped dish that can be safely served with whipped sweet cream or shortbread cookies.

Milk - Fruit Jelly

We offer a fruit and milk dessert recipe. We used bananas and oranges, but you can replace them with other favorite foods, such as apples or pears.

  • 400 milliliters of milk
  • 25 grams of instant gelatin
  • put sugar to taste
  • one large banana
  • two medium oranges

Bring pasteurized milk to a boil, then remove from heat and pour sugar (ideally, two tablespoons are enough). Stir well and inject pre-soaked gelatin. Beat the resulting mixture with a special broom, which will avoid the formation of lumps. Then cool to room temperature.

Now remove the peel from the banana and cut it into thin circles, put on the bottom of the cups and pour jelly, put in the refrigerator. The mixture should solidify in about thirty minutes, a maximum of one hour.

Prepare the next layer of dessert. To do this, peel the orange from the skin and excess skin, grind it in a blender and combine with sugar, cook, not forgetting to stir, over very low heat. However, bring to a boil is not worth it. Then, add the remaining gelatin (about one large spoon), stir and cool.

At the bottom of the form, it is necessary to lay the foil so that the finished jelly is easier to remove. It is important that the thickness of the jelly layer does not exceed 3-4 cm. We set the jelly to cool until the mass solidifies. The resulting marmalade is taken out of the form, cut into neat pieces. If desired, sliced ​​pieces of marmalade can be rolled in coconut or dipped in hot chocolate, making jelly candies even tastier.

Multilayer jelly candies are made in the same way, only an order of magnitude longer.   • eight eggs
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar (for lack thereof, you can use regular sugar)
  • liter of milk
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • gelatin - 25 grams
  • one or two packs of vanillin

Rub the chicken yolks and powdered sugar well. We used this product because it does not form lumps and does not spoil the taste of the dish. Then pour in the milk and pour cocoa, put on the stove and regularly stir with a fork or spoon until the mixture becomes dense and thick. After enter previously soaked gelatin. Once the mass has frozen, take it out of the mold and cut it into small pieces. If desired, our sweets can be sprinkled with coconut, dipped in melted chocolate, which will make the treat even tastier.
